They are looking for an experienced CNC Turner to machine precision turned components for the energy sector, serving the oil & gas and valve industries. Harvey McQueen are looking for a full time, permanent CNC lathe turner

CNC turner to programme, edit and operate an XYZ SL555 CNC lathe with Protrak controls (conversational control)

XYZ TC400, TC320 with a bar feeder, Seimens control

Pay, Hours & Benefits

• Pay £16.00 per hour depending on experience
• Salary equivalent £32.4k per annum
• Working hours are 7.00am to 4.30pm Monday - Thursday and 7.00am - 12.30pm on Fridays with a degree of flexibility (39 hours per week)
• Overtime paid at time and third after 39 hours worked
• 25 days holidays per year plus bank holidays

Requirements

• Must be able to work with minimum supervision
• Must be able to complete parts from drawings to the finished component
• Preferably Apprentice trained
