We have a hybrid working model, where you can work 60% from home, with the rest of your time being flexibly based at our brand new, sustainable head office in Leeds city centre, just 5 minutes' walk from the train station.

About the role
We are currently looking to recruit a C#.NET | Azure | Dynamics 365 |Power Platform Development Team Leader to be part of our Core banking transformation programme. The largest transformation programme in the Society's 140-year history.
You will lead a team that will deliver elements of our new Assisted Channels solution that will be used by our Contact Centre, Branches and Back Office functions to support our members with their mortgages and savings products. This will be delivered through a modern cloud-based ecosystem including a Power Platform and Dynamics 365 front end and with .NET and Cloud AIS integrations with our new Mambu Core banking platform.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major complex transformation programme by leading a cross functional team and fulfilling a ‘Tech Lead' role. You will line manage a cross functional team, lead the technical challenges at an architectural level and influence the technology adoption and direction by using your Azure, Power Platform and Dynamics 365 knowledge. Our tech stack includes .NET Core 3.1, Azure Integration Services (AIS), Power Platform, Dynamics 365, C#, Agile & Web technologies.
What will you bring to the role?
- You are an experienced Dev Team Lead or Tech Lead with a good blend of tech and people leadership skills.
- You will have a strong relevant development background in a .NET environment
- Must have experience with Azure Integration Services, Power Platform and Dynamics 365. This must be clearly evident in your CV.
- Experience of working in an Agile environment desirable.
