Our client is looking to expand their team and are looking for a Collections Administrator. Within this role you will be supporting the collections’ function through making calls, processing information and liaising with internal and external parties.
Duties:
Dealing with queries regarding repayments
Setting up payment plans
Sending out correspondence
Contacting customers in order to set up repayment plans
Calling customers who are behind on payments and identity the reason why
Liasing with other departments and third parties
Within this role you will be working inline with FCA regulations
Requirements:
Previous experience working within a regulated industry
Experience of collections/support administration within this sector
Excellent communication skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workloads
Competent PC skills
