The role of Commercial Accountant has been created by expanding on the current scope of the teams skill, and parachuting in a more senior level reporting directly to the Finance Director.
The remit of the role is viewed as growing out the role into a next career step while spreading “value add methodologies” and organisations best practice across the business.
This is a role which will give you an all-encompassing view of internal business optimisation and external market growth.
The Role
This is a role which is positioned to take you away from “The Numbers” and have you engaged in the businesses growth strategies for the future.
My client is a £185million turnover business with a growth strategy across 2023 which will see them achieve unprecedented growth. This growth will be supported through a twofold strategy of mergers & acquisitions and cash investment through LVC.
The nature of my clients business is such that they have a real growth opportunity, which requires the input of an accounting professional, who understands that this growth will require a foundation of solid accounting practices and procedures which will enable a robust framework to support the commercial and technical upskilling of the teams.

- Management Accounts – taking variances and action point to stakeholders

- Ad-hoc Reporting

Salary & Benefits
- c£53,120 to c£60,750 Base Salary
