Commercial Administrator

We are currently working with an established renewable energy contractor who are looking for an experienced Commercial Administrator to join their successful team. This position comes with exciting growth and development opportunities as well as regular company events. You will be working within a team that plays a crucial role in the financial success of ongoing projects. If you are an experienced Accounts Administrator or Purchase Ledger Clerk or Commercial Assistant this role may be for you.
Commercial Administrator
Salary: 25,000 - 28,000
Location: Yeovil
Working days: Monday to Friday
As a Commercial Administrator, you will be working with the commercial team assisting with:

• Collating and analysing data
• Review and prepare applications
• Handling subcontractor and supplier accounts
• Providing support and guidance with managing cost control and cashflow
• Assessing and preparing valuations
• Dealing with payments and forecasting
• Liaising with teams to create and implement cost saving strategies

To be successful in this Commercial Administrator role, you will need to have:

• Previous experience in construction/ social housing/ renewable energy industry
• Solid understanding of Excel spreadsheets and IT skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience as an Accountancy Administrator/ Finance Administrator/ Construction Administrator
