Commercial Administrator

We are looking for an experienced and highly methodical Commercial Administrator to join our successful team in Chesterfield. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and articulate and have the ability to gain, and where relevant apply a range of knowledge, skills and understanding. It would be an advantage if the candidate was familiar with the CIS scheme and dealing with subcontractors.

Duties include:

1. Administration duties to the Commercial Department
2. Sub-Contractor Invoice/Application processing.
3. Creation of New Sub Contractor Details
4. Update existing Sub Contractor details and ensure Insurance/CIS Information current
5. Subcontractor/Company Screening Forms
6. Answering Sub Contractor enquiries - email/phone
7. Project Creation Process
