Our client based in Bredbury are in need of an administrator to join their team. This is a busy role working all aspects of an office environment.
Training will be provided however the candidate needs to be able to manage their own workload and work solely as well as in a team.
Duties Include:
- Managing the companies training matrix, booking in relevant courses prior to expiration of certificates. Liaising with heads of departments for upcoming training.
- Managing the companies live hire report.
- Booking accommodation for site workers/installers
- Daily admin duties for the project’s teams. Preparing company manuals etc.
- Communicating with multiple team members/departments via phone calls, emails, and Teams.
- Good organisational and administration skills required.
