Full time Administrator - Permanent
Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm (100% Office Based)
Salary: £23,400
Location: Oldham (FREE PARKING)
Search Manchester are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a well-established national company based in Oldham. They are an innovative business who prides themselves on their strong collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
Duties:
* Generating invoices for completed jobs.
* Monitoring when sites are opening and closing and updating the accounts accordingly.
* Collaborating with other teams to ensure reports and invoices are processed efficiently
* Resolving invoice disputes and providing quality customer service.
* Invoicing clients based off each individual contract requirements.
* Offering administrative assistance to other teams if needed
The right candidate will:
* Have strong administrative skills.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office
* Have strong understanding of financial administration
* Be friendly and positive in your approach to work
* Be motivated to assist coworkers
* Be pragmatic
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
