We are currently working with an established building contractor who are looking for to add an experienced Commercial Administrator to their rapidly growing experienced team. This position comes with plenty of growth and development opportunities. You will be supporting a team and playing a crucial role in the financial success of ongoing and future projects. If you are an experienced Accounts Administrator or Project Administrator this role may be for you.
Commercial Administrator
Salary: 30,000 - 32,000
Location: Dorset
Working days: Monday to Friday
As a Commercial Administrator, you will be:
- Running monthly reports, monitoring project costs and sticking within budgets
- Reviewing tender documents and evaluate bids and proposals
- Handling accurate document information of project costs
- Providing support and guidance with managing cost control
- Matching requirement lists, chase quotations and subcontractors
- Liaising with teams to create and implement cost saving strategies
To be successful in this Commercial Administrator role, you will need to have:
- Previous experience within a building contractor or construction industry
- Solid understanding of Excel spreadsheets and IT skills
- Experience as a Accountancy Administrator/ Finance Administrator/ Construction Administrator
