Salary: Up to GBP35,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator with experience within construction to join our clients office in Newton Abbot on a permanent contract.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within construction and have strong administration skills.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Assist the New Build Manager with day to day duties
Work closely with Commercial Manager to ensure that all orders and additions to orders are correctly handed over to both the New Build Team, Order Processing and Accounts Departments
Ensure that New Build Department and Accounts Office have everything they need to be able to invoice projects correctly and on time
Checking supplier invoices for any errors and authorizing for payments
Responsible for any addition to orders and ensuring that the Order Processing Team and Accounts Department are aware of any changes and charges
Supervising chargeable and non-chargeable variations
About you:
- 2 years or more experience within Construction
Excellent administration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized approach to work
IT literate
