The Commercial Assistant is a key support role within Navitas Engineering.
You will be responsible for performing a variety of commercial support tasks and will play an integral role in successfully executing a range of commercial management tasks and supporting the commercial function.

As a vital member of Navitas Engineering, you'll be at the forefront of our commercial operations, supporting a range of tasks essential to our success. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining positive relationships both internally and externally, tailoring our offerings to meet customer needs, managing client commercial platforms, ensuring efficient resource utilisation, tracking financial transactions, preparing reports, supporting tendering activities, and much more. Your role will be diverse, requiring both proactive monitoring and reactive responses to various commercial needs.

You should possess exceptional communication skills, be proficient in Excel and other office computer tools, and have a keen eye for detail. Your organisational skills should be top-notch, enabling you to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Being a team player is crucial, as is your ability to work autonomously when needed. Your methodical approach to tasks, coupled with your analytical mindset, will ensure accuracy in all your endeavors. Above all, you should be motivated, eager to learn, and dedicated to upholding Navitas' reputation for excellence.

- Demonstrable administrative experience, preferably in a Commercial role.
- High degree of organisational skill and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office computer tools.

- Ability to absorb complex information and assess data accurately.
