We are recruiting for a Commercial Assistant for our national business team. Initial works include supporting the commercial team on live projects on our national framework with National Highways.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Raising invoices
- Processing subcontract payments
- Carrying out journals
- Coordination and collation of month end reporting with the commercial team
- Collating site records
- Updating scheme trackers
- Running cost reports
- Administration of Project Bank Accounts
- Setting up scheme folder and files
- Assisting with client reporting
SKILLS:
- Excellent use of English language.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Excellent use and knowledge of Excel
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage deadlines.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Attention to detail
- Experience working in a commercial / administration role
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to use key desktop packages such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to good standards.
