Form of workWe are looking for a Commercial Assistant to work with a Local Authority based in North London to provide support within their housing department.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring relevant budgets
- Ensuring high cost accommodation is managed
- Ensuring legislations and regulations are followed
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Candidate requirements:
- Experience of working within a similar role, or working within a commercial or financial role, with another council or housing association
