My client are a dynamic and growing company seeking a dedicated Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join the finance team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with extensive experience in managing factoring/invoice discounting and proficiency in XERO and Sage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing factoring/invoice discounting processes.
- Utilising XERO and Sage for daily accounting tasks.
- Maintaining and updating financial records.
- Managing and organising financial data using Excel, including complex formulas.
- Assisting with credit control activities.
- Providing support for general accounting functions and financial reporting.
- Thinking creatively to solve problems and improve processes.
- At least AAT Level 3 qualification.
- Extensive experience with factoring/invoice discounting.
- Proficiency in XERO and Sage.
- Strong skills in Excel, including formulas and data manipulation.
- Credit control experience is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.00 - £15.00 based on experience.
