The primary responsibility of this role will be to generate new business leads within Salesforce, focusing on the EMEALA region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers while also offering existing customers new opportunities. The role has exposure to many areas of the business and help identify key areas of data and process improvement.
How you will do it
Work with key stakeholders to identify, source, and produce new lead workflows for our Commercial Sales business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously optimize and automate lead generation processes and strategies.
Design and build data flows, queries, models, and effective data visualizations.
Develop a holistic understanding of how data flows across CRM platforms, ERPs, and other source systems to the enterprise data platform.
Analyze source system data and reporting, working with initiative and incomplete information to drive reconciliation.
What we look for
Required
A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Economics); or equivalent working experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency with SQL, Alteryx and PowerBI (or Tableau).
Experience working with data generated from CRMs and/or ERPs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce and proficiency in using it for lead management.
Ability to communicate well with both senior business leadership and technical partners.
Proven organizational skills within a large enterprise.
Ability to work in a global team environment.
Experience with Snowflake, Power App/Automate, ADF, and/or Git are a plus.
Experience with R or Python would be an advantage.
Knowledge of EMEALA market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business practices a plus.
