Form of workOur global IT client has a unique opportunity for a Commercial Business Sales Specialist to join their Digital Stores Global Sales Team. You will drive deep level relationships across the organisation to drive sales leads and support revenue targets. You will shape internal processes and operations to generate new leads, pipeline and revenue opportunities while maximising efficiency and reducing customer SLAs.
You will possess sales leadership and change management capabilities, namely;
- A growth mindset; have the trust and flexibility to invest your time in 'growth hacking' i.e. drive test and learn pilots to improve the customer experience
- Customer insights; Act as the voice of the customer to drive improvements that will deliver increased customer satisfaction
- End to end deal orchestration; Act as a trusted partner to various sales teams to land large deals deliver a premium, differentiated customer experience
- Sales strategy and methodology; Process optimisation and new customer acquisition
- Business management; Manage the rhythm of business by leading pipeline reviews, coaching their sales process and acting as the point of escalation. Improve pipeline hygiene and provide internal reporting of sales KPIs including revenue, pipeline velocity etc.
- Operations; Troubleshoot operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems/ processes to fix root causes
This is a hybrid PAYE contract initially until 28th June 2024, with a potential extension through to a maximum 18 months.
the rate of pay is up to £222 per day based on experience with a potential 5% bonus. You will also benefit from paid leave, paid sick, paid bank holidays, pension & notice period.
The role will require some regular travel to our client's London Paddington offices (at least 1-2 days per week)
