We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Director to spearhead the expansion of our thriving business at Oviva. In this pivotal role within our UK Leadership team, you will lead and inspire our Business Development, Marketing, and Service Management teams. Your primary focus will be driving growth through strategic relationships with NHS commissioners and ensuring success in every contract.
The Role
Drive organisational growth and achieve profitability by 2025.
Collaborate with the UK Leadership team to develop strategies aligned with our mission, vision, and ambition.
Lead and optimise Business Development, Marketing, and Service Management Teams for success.
Own and refine pricing models to ensure affordability for the NHS and meet business performance targets.
Ensure the success of NHS commissioner customers by tailoring services, winning bids, and meeting KPIs in collaboration with Clinical and Clinical Development Teams.
Promote sustainability by fostering an inclusive culture and high employee engagement.
Partner with all UK functions to ensure day-to-day business success through positive relationships and cross-functional alignment.
What are we looking for you to bring:
Demonstrated success in senior roles, effectively managing and fostering rapid growth within commercial teams.
Extensive experience and success in driving business development within healthcare.
Ability to work at a high pace, seamlessly transitioning between long-term strategy and daily priorities.
A track record of driving accountability through effective team management.
Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture that empowers individuals to reach their full potential.
Data-oriented, enjoys turning data into insights and actions that drive performance and growth.
