Elevation Senior Finance are recruiting a Commercial Finance Business Partner for a fast-growing PE backed business in Lincolnshire that specialise in the provision of care and education services to adults and children with special educational needs.
This is a new role that reports into the Head of FP&A.
As well as supporting the Head of FP&A you will also work closely with the Head of Commercial, as you will play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth of the business by supporting pricing negotiations, undertaking commercial modelling and overseeing budget / forecasting activities.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing new financial models and implementation to optimise financial performance and aid business transformation and growth
- Margin analyse across key contracts and to support commercial decision making
- Manage and develop the companies pricing models
- Providing business analysis and insight to aid decision making and commercial action
- Supporting operations, commercial and other managers with Business Partnering support and challenge to drive overall EBITDA improvements
- Managing daily, weekly and monthly commercial reporting
- Reviewing and monitoring business KPI's for accuracy and business performance
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Providing financial support to the commercial team with key customer meetings
Key skills / qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and/or experience of pricing management
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with a health and social care environment preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of producing detailed pricing models suitable for the basis of negotiations with funding bodies
- Knowledge of the tendering practices
- Experience of working with a variety of significant stakeholders including highly experienced internal team members and external investors and lenders
- Qualified accountant ACA, CIMA, ACCA
