Commercial Finance Business Partner

Are you a Finance Business Partner who enjoys commercial analysis? Are you someone who likes to see your commercial recommendations come to fruition? If so we have a brilliant Commercial Finance Business Partner role working for a business based near Newton St Loe that's grown 30% year on year. Due to this they require the support of a commercially strong Finance Business Partner who can take ownership of the analysis and performance of the business and provide commercial recommendations. This role will support the MD and wider commercial team with helping to understand their performing and under-performing products, margins, forecasting and planning and modelling changes to controllable variables in order to mitigate and maximise opportunities and risks. You'll be someone who can operate and liaise at a senior level providing recommendations to people that can make your suggestions reality very quickly. You'll be someone who can articulate the numbers into easy to understand financial information and be able to present your findings in a way that is clear and concise. You'll be someone who is adept at manipulating large volumes of data and you'll be someone who has advanced excel skills along with the experience of working with data manipulation tools such as SQL or Power BI. This role will ideally suit a qualified accountant but qualified by experience will also be considered. This role offers hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days being in the office.
