The Role

You will be involved in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to align with our overall Tenpin goals.

Part of your role will also include collaborating with senior management for strategic decision support, being an expert in financial matters, and continuously implementing process improvements for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.

You will need to have strategic vision, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to have natural leadership qualities to motivate and guide a team towards shared financial goals.

Skills You Need

Qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA with ideally 1-2 years post-qualified experience.

Commercially curious and intellectual.

Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

Experience and ability to present to key stakeholders clearly and confidently.
