Key Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Lawyer, you will be responsible for:
* Handling general commercial property matters
* Facilitating the buying and selling of investment properties
* Overseeing residential and commercial development processes
* Managing commercial leases
* Handling commercial landlord and tenant matters
* Handling cases related to agricultural property
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in commercial and commercial property law
* Proven track record in managing diverse commercial property cases
* Strong understanding of property law, including landlord-tenant relationships and development processes
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Adherence to high ethical standards and professional conduct
