THE ROLE:
This highly ranked law firm are looking to appoint an experienced Litigator into their thriving disputes team in Leicester. The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be dealing with a varied caseload of Commercial Litigation matters including professional negligence claims, contract disputes, agency disputes, company and shareholder disputes along with some property litigation matters. Working closely with recommended lawyers you will be dealing with a quality and complex caseload of litigation matters.
THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitors or Legal Executives will have experience in covering the broad remit of commercial disputes and be looking for a supportive and encouraging environment where you can see your career flourish. Handling a varied caseload of matters, you will be provided with a challenging caseload of matters and possess the ability to hit the ground running with your own caseload of matters. Newly qualified Solicitors will have completed at least one seat with Commercial Litigation and be looking for a supportive and encouraging work environment where you can see your career flourish.
