Key Role /Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Credit Control Management
- Managing Suppliers
- Posting and managing SAGE & producing timely reports.
- All banking and invoicing tasks
- 1st response incoming calls.
- Providing weekly/monthly reporting for Directors
- Coordinating & administering - company Job costing analysis through manufacturing division
In conjunction with Production/Quality manager.
- Suspect mining for Vision business opportunities.
- Cross section of marketing activities.
- Cash flow analysis.
- New market investigation and business growth.
