Commercial Operations Manager - South East Sites

The Commercial Operations Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing
parking operations in selected locations across the UK.

Reporting to the Commercial Area Manager, this role requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a
customer-centric approach to ensure operational excellence and drive revenue
growth.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead day-to-day parking operations, ensuring adherence to company
standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

? Supervise parking attendants and support staff, providing guidance and
support to maintain high service standards.

? Analyse financial data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for
revenue optimization and cost control.

? Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue performance through
marketing initiatives and customer-centric market propositions.

? Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to identify potential risks and
opportunities.

? Maintain relationships with local partners and vendors to enhance service
offerings and customer experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

? Oversee the smooth functioning of parking sites, addressing operational
issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

? Supervise staff to ensure efficient operation of parking facilities, resolving any
customer inquiries or complaints promptly.

? Monitor revenue streams and implement strategies to maximise profitability,
including pricing optimization and value-added services.

? Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and
compliance with company policies and regulations.

? Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any facility maintenance or
repair needs.

Requirements:

? Proven experience in parking operations management, preferably in a
multi-site environment.

? Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive
work culture and team engagement.

? Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.

? Knowledge of health and safety regulations and their implementation in a
parking operations context.

Additional Details:

? This role reports to the Commercial Area Manager and involves travel to
selected locations across the UK.
