Role Overview: As a Commercial Property Associate Solicitor, your key responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks to showcase your expertise:
- Commercial Property Transactions:Oversee and manage a variety of Commercial Property transactions, demonstrating your comprehensive understanding of the legal intricacies involved.
- Acquisitions and Disposals:Navigate and facilitate property acquisitions and disposals, ensuring seamless transactions for our clients.
- Commercial Leases:Provide expertise in negotiating and drafting commercial leases, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and legal precision.
- Property Finance:Play a pivotal role in property finance matters, showcasing your ability to navigate complex financial structures within the Commercial Property sector.
- Responsible for the supervisor of a member of staff
Requirements:
- 3 years experience PQE
- Preferably possess experience in Commercial Property, although candidates with residential property experience and some commercial knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Location: Sevenoaks
Salary: Competitive
Working Hours: 9 am – 5 pm, Monday - Friday
