SalaryMy client is recruiting for a Commercial Property lawyer to join their expanding office in the Hampshire/Surrey boarders. Their real estate team won Property Firm of the Year at the Thames Valley Property Awards, and they are recognised as a leading firm in the Legal 500 for Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
The Commercial Property department has long-established relationships with existing developers and acknowledges specialisms within their Real Estate team. You will be working with Partners within the team to provide an excellent seamless service to their developers and lender clients.
This is an excellent opportunity with great exposure to high calibre work and plenty of scope for an ambitious individual looking to progress and make the next steps in their career. You will work directly with two Property Development Partners and will primarily assist them with their existing caseload.

The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified solicitor, legal executive with at least 4 years' experience.
- Have strong legal knowledge of a wide range of Commercial Property transactions, particularly in residential development.
- Be a dynamic and driven individual who is keen to engage with business development activities to generate and win new business.
