What you will be doing as a Commercial Property Legal Assistant
The core duties for this role encompass, but are not confined to:
- Providing efficient support to fee earners across different levels, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and file management.
- Handling client communications, updates, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conducting searches and preparing standard legal documents as needed.
- Processing Land Registry applications, SDLT submissions, and Companies House applications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Interacting with clients, businesses, agents, and lenders in a courteous and professional manner.
The experience you will have as a Commercial Property Legal Assistant
Ideally you will have at least 1 years experience working within a property team, however we are open to hearing from experienced Legal Assistants who may want to be retrained in a new area. In addition, you will;
- Exceptional proficiency in administrative tasks and impeccable organisational abilities.
- A knack for effectively managing and prioritising diverse and demanding workloads.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative relationships with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
