- Undertake fee earning work and provide a profitable contribution to department
- Handle all aspects of commercial development and investment property work
- To demonstrate an understanding of the business of the firm
- Help more junior team members
- To demonstrate a high level of commercial awareness.
- To carry out work outside of normal hours when required
- Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures
- Previous experience as a Commercial Property Senior Associate/ Partner
- Five years PQE plus
- High level of technical competence within Commercial Property
- Good online research skills
- a 15% bonus scheme for Partner level and 14% for Senior Associates
