About the role
The role will provide a key support resource to the operation of the Commercial Services function across a range of teams. It is key to ensuring the provision of accurate and timely information, reporting and monitoring. The post holder will coordinate meetings, collate data, maintain health and safety records, keep training schedules, manage finances including raising and tracking orders and managing recharges and the keeping and monitoring of KPIs and the Commercial scorecard.
The role will also be pivotal in supporting the companies Business Continuity function and emergency planning, coordinating resource and ensuring that plans are up to date. It will coordinate a range of meetings, diaries and email management and liaise with a range of stakeholders at multiple levels ensuring that deadlines are met.
About you
You will be comfortable working in a flexible & fluid environment, confident, adaptable and responsive under pressure, ideally within a commercial setting with multiple priorities and a range of complex data, clients and stakeholders. You will have experience of producing reports, data sets, action planning and coordination and resource planning. In addition, you will be comfortable in the use of financial and procurement systems and other corporate systems as well as traditional Microsoft applications.
