PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Internal Commercial Executive (ICE) role is a sales role is to support the Commercial Executives, Account teams and Sales Support internally. Helping the CE’s to be more proactive with customers, which in turn, helps drive profitability within the Microsoft Practice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with the CEs to manage the Inbox and Internal queries relating to licensing and commercials. This person will be the primary point of contact to assist with our 'Growth’ accounts.
- Understand customer funding sources for assessments, workshops and deployment and be able to articulate what a customer gets within each assessment or workshop.
INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the MS Licensing Inbox
- Be the first point of contact for all incoming queries & respond within our standard 4-hour.
- Work collaboratively with the CEs to support in commercial opportunity.
Azure to CSP Migrations
- Understand the internal process and who to go to for each step.
- be able to explain the benefits of moving to CSP with Bytes.
- Explanation of RI and HB potential savings to customer (using Quantum)
Incentives
- Understand all incentive programs and how to make money through Microsoft.
- Look to introduce FastTrack when engaging with customers.
Microsoft Licensing Agreement Management
- Internal Commercial Executive should understand all pricing, offers, promotions and concessions (understand recent concessions offered)
- Be able to cost model options for Microsoft renewals with upsell opportunities.
- Including Enterprise Agreement True ups.
- MPSA Renewals
- CSP Renewals
- Assist with training of salespeople.
- Assist account managers through the entire renewal process through to completion; includes CPS creation, PCC, and Contract Questionnaire submission.
- Engage with account managers on new opportunities and new logos.
- Be the go to for Growth accounts within Bytes.
