SalaryClayton Legal are recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established law firm based in their Cannock office.
The role would involve handling a diverse caseload of Commercial Property matters including:
- Sale and purchase of freehold retail & industrial units
- Landlord and Tenant matters
- Sales and purchases of small businesses
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will ideally have between 2-4 years of post-qualification experience and should be confident in handling their own caseload.
