£70,000 - £90,000 (DOE)
One of my clients based in Holborn are looking for their next generation partner as several of the partners will be stepping back to retire in the next few years, so they have started thinking about the future of the firm. They aren’t just looking for another fee earner, but someone that has the drive to become a leading person in the firm and shape the future of the department. The ideal candidate will preferably have some proven experience in business development, but this isn’t essential, however you must be comfortable with networking and have the ability to gain new clients.
The firm have a focus on maintaining a friendly, energetic, and collaborative culture. They’re a down to earth bunch of solicitors that genuinely come into the office, do their job and have a good laugh. There is no red tape in terms of promotions, if you work hard, you will be rewarded.
The team act for repeat landlords, developers, traders, property businesses etc. across a wide range of matters such as;
- Commercial and residential investment
