A client-focused law firm that has been around since 1957 is looking for a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor with Real Estate Finance exposure to join their Bishop's Stortford team.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will support the growth and development of the firm. The Commercial Property department handles a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters such as Landlord and tenant, sale and purchase of freehold retail and industrial units, restaurants, pubs, office, shops, sale and purchase of small businesses and site assembly.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor You Will

• Advise on a range of issues across the breadth of Commercial Property issues.
• Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within Commercial Property, working collaboratively with colleagues across the team.
• Develop opportunities for referral of work and actively participate in business development opportunities.
  

The Commercial Property Solicitor Will Have

• 1- 4 years PQE
• To undertake and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the Commercial Property Department
• With some exposure in Real Estate Finance
• To assist with the successful development of the firm in line with the business plan
• Good computer and IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Fluent in Turkish - Advantageous
