Job: Commercial Support Executive

Location: London (Hybrid)

To support our continued growth and exciting plans, we’re looking for a Commercial Support Executive to join our Energy Commercial Team and support the performance of our renewals teams.

The role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing business with a focused vision towards delivering the best service to our customers. Reporting to the Digital Renewals Product Manager, you will be an expert with customer data with a keen eye for detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You will be a key part of the Energy Commercial Renewals team, working very closely with the Voice & Digital Renewal Managers, Retention Lead and the Major Business sales team. As an important part of the renewals process, you will be working with customer data for Bionic’s renewal customers (100,000+ per year). You will be responsible for the initial stage of digital & voice renewal process, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer data. You will also create regular reports & daily dashboards to support both the Major Business & Digital Renewals team, performing adhoc reporting where required. This reporting requires pulling raw datasets from Salesforce or Tableau and using it to provide detailed insight for key stakeholders.

Requirements

The day to day

As the Commercial Support Executive your key responsibilities will be:

  • Working with large amounts of data, performing regular & timely delivery of data cleanses to ensure accuracy & completeness of our renewals data
  • Reporting on business performance as part of regular dashboard reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly etc.)
  • Regularly communicating with internal and external stakeholders/suppliers to report progress/provide data/request portfolios.
  • Performance analysis - reporting on key metrics e.g. sales, yield, conversion for Major Business and doing deep-dives into performance data for Digital Renewals
  • Assisting Renewals team with operational actions to support daily running of Digital Renewals product
  • Supporting with Renewal customer queries/requests
  • Working with major business leaders to allocate customers in our renewals pipeline and set targets for agents to ensure budget criteria is met.


About you

  • An analytical mindset with very strong attention to detail
  • Strong MS Excel skills with the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues
  • Experience working with large datasets & manipulating data using pivots & lookups
  • Comfortable communicating with internal & external stakeholders, providing regular & clear updates to the business
  • Reliable and organized team player that can work well with deadlines
