Key Responsibilities
- To assist entities with their internal Workplace Experience budget, advising of the reasons for material variances between their budget and actual monthly results
- To understand entities’ financial processing procedures and to assist with resolving any queries and bottle necks within the processing chain so suppliers’ invoices get processed and paid on a timely basis
- To advise leadership on financial matters including spending, investments, efficiencies, cost saving and cost avoidance opportunities
- To work closely with other teams ensuring timely planning and correct reporting
- To offer financial guidance and support to the Operational team
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Previous experience within a Commercial / Finance Team within a similar environment
- Looking to career progression into a Finance Business Partner role
- Accounts Payable experience would also be desirable
- Full understanding of finance processes / practices, preferably working towards a finance qualification
- High level of verbal and written skills
