Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commis to join our culinary team. As a Commis, you will assist in the preparation and production of food in our kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about cooking and wants to gain experience in a professional restaurant setting.
Duties:
- Assist in food preparation and production according to recipes and guidelines
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our standards
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support the Chef de Partie and other senior staff members as needed
Skills:
- Strong cooking skills with knowledge of various culinary techniques
