We are currently looking to recruit a Commis chef with a passion for this industry to join a well-established kitchen at this lovely hotel in Gerrards Cross. As Commis you will join the hotels brigade of chefs helping to produce quality fresh food for their Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Banqueting areas. You will also cover a few breakfast shifts per week

The Person
The ideal Commis chef will have the following:
- Imagination, an eye for detail and a desire & ability to deliver quality fresh dishes
- some professional Commis Chef experience
- A passion for cooking, with a genuine love of food and a real desire to learn and develop your skills.
- A good understanding of all applicable Health & Safety legislation & experience working with strict Health & Hygiene regimes.
- Punctuality, reliability and a can-do attitude.
- The ability to work in a team in a busy environment, sometimes under pressure with self-motivation and the ability to motivate others
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven day as required.
