As Commis you will join the hotels brigade of chefs helping to produce quality fresh food for their Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Banqueting areas. You will also cover a few breakfast shifts per week

The Person
The ideal Commis chef will have the following:
- Imagination, an eye for detail and a desire & ability to deliver quality fresh dishes
- some professional Commis Chef experience
- A passion for cooking, with a genuine love of food and a real desire to learn and develop your skills.
- A good understanding of all applicable Health & Safety legislation & experience working with strict Health & Hygiene regimes.
- Punctuality, reliability and a can-do attitude.
- The ability to work in a team in a busy environment, sometimes under pressure with self-motivation and the ability to motivate others
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven day as required.
