Newrest has an exciting career opportunity and is looking for a Commis Chef to support its activities in London Heathrow. or will be working to provide services to some of our most valued airline customers, you will provide exceptional levels of culinary standards in accordance with menu specifications set by Newrest. You'll learn to create dishes constantly working with the guest in mind, always looking for ways to make the dining experience even more memorable.

To Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Head / Sous Chef.
2. To assist with stock taking when required.
3. To carry out the smooth and efficient running of kitchen department as appropriate.
4. To be a team player, assisting other team members when necessary.

6. To ensure stock, deliveries and Wastage are all checked and recorded in line with company and food standards.

8. To ensure that food storage areas are maintained in accordance with the company's Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
