Previous experience within a catering establishment/environment would be an advantage.
Although full training would be given.
Flexibility is also required due to working 5 days out of 7. May contain the odd evening on a Friday/Saturday to cater for function buffet or evening meal. Most days finish by 6pm. No split shifts. Normal working day 8hour shift.
In this role you will assist our 2 chefs in providing a high standard of food preparation and food presentation. Plus a high standard of Food safety/Hygiene.
Duties include:
Food preparation work and basic cooking
Stock rotation/ Checking in deliveries.
Meeting all food & Hygiene regulations
Ensuring a clean & tidy services/working areas.
