Job Role
- To be overall responsible for the day to day running of your section
- Assist with the preparation of food to customers.
- Working as a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy.
- Ensuring all food and health and safety regulations are followed.
- Working in a fast-paced environment for A la carte restaurant, functions, and weddings
Your Skills and Experience
- Previous Chef experience
- Knowledge of food preparation methods and presentation
- Full understanding and proven experience of H+S and EHO requirements
- Standards driven, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to specific time frames.
