Commissioning Customer Relations Advisor - Required For Our Brand New Care Home 'Shenstone Court' located in Halesowen, Part of the Country Court Family
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week -Monday to Friday
Salary OTE £39,000 (£25,000 BASIC & £14,000 Commission for an on-target performance)

Shenstone Court, located in Halesowen will be a sixty-four-bed purpose-built brand-new care home opening in 2024. Our care home will promote a lifestyle for residents in a luxurious environment with exceptional personalised care. Shenstone Court will boast a hair salon, café, cinema and rooftop terrace. The home will bring a new standard of care to the local area, offering the highest standards of residential and dementia care in a homely environment.

THE CUSTOMER RELATIONS ADVISOR ROLE
As Customer Relations Advisor for our Care Home, you will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and manage the sales process from showing a family around, to admitting their loved one into the home. You’ll arrange home open days and educational events, work closely with Country Court Care’s marketing and operational teams – all while developing strong relationships with local groups and GPs to promote the home.
You’ll be working with families at a challenging time, when an older loved-one is looking to move out of their own home into a care home. That’s why your ability to drive the numbers must be balanced by your empathy and passion for improving people’s lives: & families must trust you.
ABOUT YOUWe’re open to what your professional background looks like. Customer Relations Advisors may come from consumer banking, nursing, leisure/fitness and pharmaceutical sales with strong B2C experience. They’ve proven sales success and they’re competitive, but they care. Above all, they love seeing the end results of their efforts: happy residents and families, and high conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will be:• Have the ability to communicate with people at all levels both face to face, and on the telephone - Be ambitious and target orientated with the ability to work on your own initiative• Experienced in the elderly care sector• Be accurate with an attention to detail• Understand the local area and population demographic.• Some field-based work will be required so a full UK driving licence is essentialSpecific product and sales training will be provided and there will be additional support to help you develop within this role.
