As the Commissioning Home Manager, you will:

• Be integral in the commissioning of the new home
• Onboard and mentor new staff
• Develop quality improvement plans to meet and exceed company and CQC requirements
• Build positive relationships with both internal and external agencies
• Use your sales & marketing skills to promote the home
