They are dedicated to revolutionising traditional coal production methods, seeking to minimise carbon emissions and environmental impact associated with conventional coal extraction and consumption.

As their Communications Manager, you'll have the exciting opportunity to expand our reach to a broader audience, enhancing recognition within each industry. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will serve as the driving force behind their communication strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across diverse channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate websites, ensuring the content remains current with the latest news, case studies, and product updates to enhance our online presence.
• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with company goals, collaborating with department heads to maintain uniform messaging across all communication channels.
• Craft compelling content for various channels, including press releases, blog posts, social media, and company publications. Ensure alignment with our overarching messaging and brand identity.
• Develop and execute internal communications to engage and inform employees about company news, policies, and initiatives, fostering a connected and informed workforce.
• Drive brand awareness, differentiation, and engagement across businesses through effective utilisation of social media, literature, events, and other mediums. Ensure clarity in our company message and define our products with excellence.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key contacts in the media. Prepare and distribute press releases and other materials to relevant outlets, enhancing our visibility in the market.
• Strategize, plan, and lead integrated brand campaigns that effectively communicate key messages and values. Become an integral part of our journey to be recognised as a thought leader in each industry.
