Salary: £40,000-£50,000
Office: West End, near to Oxford Circus/Piccadilly Circus, 5 days in the office for business reasons

- Reporting to the Head of Communications we're looking for an experienced and proactive communications professional to help positively engage both our internal and external audiences through the delivery of the corporate communication strategy, employee engagement initiatives, and management of our social channels.
- Responsible for delivering an effective PR/comms strategy
- Manage the Communications calendar, including key business announcements, dates and events plus writing speeches, media briefings, press releases etc
- Develop new initiatives to drive our employee engagement to deliver messaging for and the execution of employee engagement initiatives and events
- Manage the content strategy for the business's corporate social media accounts
About you:
- Extensive experience in PR and Communications in retail
- Employee engagement experience is preferable
- Effective communication skills with excellent use of written English and attention to detail
- Corporate media experience
- An in-depth understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn
- Have an established network of journalists in the industry ideally
- You love to problem solve and take responsibility
- You enjoy managing multiple projects at one time
- You are ambitious and looking to work in a fast paced environment
