Role Title: Communications Officer
Location: Hybrid - Warwick / On-site approx. 3 days per week
Duration: Initial 6 Months
Salary: Circa* £45,000 per annum + benefits

Your purpose…
To develop and deliver communications for the Construction & Asset areas; Creating content, owning communications and deliver events for colleagues. Ensuring to support the Directors in Construction & Asset.
A typical day would be…
- Lead the delivery of a communications and colleague engagement plan in Construction & Asset
- Create and review content for internal channels, and deliver in-person events
- Develop bespoke approaches to engage colleagues across multiple operational sites
Key, daily capabilities include…
- Innovation - develop innovative activities to engage colleagues in new and engaging ways
- Project management - drive delivery of an internal engagement plan
- Stakeholder management - engage teams in person and virtually to ensure effective communications delivery
- Digital applications - utilise digital tools for internal communications activity

- Proven ability to develop and implement communication plans, content and campaigns
- Strong understanding of developing and running internal communication activities
- Strong writing ability and attention to detail

- Knowledge of the energy sector
- Experience delivering in-person engagement activities and facilitating sessions
- Knowledge of new internal comms channels and innovation approaches to engagement
