Communications Specialists - £450 per day inside ir35 - 6 months (extensions highly likely) - Central London - Hybrid working (1 - 2 days a week in the office) - 1 stage interview - Sector: Green Energy

Yolk recruitment is recruiter for a Communications Specialist to work with a leading giant in the green energy and technology revolution as they embark on a key transformation programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the development and delivery of communications plans and activities for individual change projects to drive awareness for the client's transformation communications strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver communication plans and activities for individual change projects.
  
• For each project:
  • Partner and work with the Head of Transformation communications, the Programme Lead and Change Lead, providing expert guidance on engagement and communications activities and events
    
  • Develop and agree the engagement and communications plan incorporating a range of activities for key stakeholders and stakeholder groups
    
  • Drive the development and agreement of messaging, communications and engagement materials. This may include focus groups, leader engagement sessions, townhall meeting, videos and written comms including emails and internal articles.
    
  • Support the preparation and delivery of events and communications for individual change projects to identified stakeholder groups across the company to ensure understanding and alignment
    
• Provide input to overall transformation communications and campaigns with the Head of Transformation Communications to drive awareness and alignment with stakeholder groups across the company.

• Measure the effectiveness of communication activities using tools and approaches including pulse surveys and focus groups.

Core Skills

• Experience of developing organisational transformation objectives into communications and engagement deliverables for targeted activities across a range of different channels and media platforms
• Excellent writing, copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience of working in a matrix model involving multiple contributors

Desirable Skills:

• Experience of new technologies including all typical office applications, Microsoft SharePoint based websites/portals, Yammer, Photoshop or similar.
