Crossroads Care Surrey have an exciting job opportunity for a Community and Corporate Fundraising Officer to join the development team.
What will I be responsible for?
You will develop lasting and purposeful relationships with Surrey’s Community and Corporate organisations that delivers and exceeds income targets in line with agreed business development plans.
You will report to the Fundraising Manager and build and maintain a pipeline of corporate and community contacts through prospecting, networking, digital acquisition, and ongoing stewardship.

Due to the nature of the role, we require the successful candidate to have a Full UK driver’s licence with unrestricted use of a car and lives in or close to Surrey.

To be considered for this role, you will require the following skills and competencies:
• Experience in fundraising with a successful track-record of raising funds and/or a background of account management or business development.
• An understanding of the charity sector.
• Proficiency in MS office suite.
• To be highly organised and an ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including face to face, on the telephone and in writing.
Desirable experience:
• Experience of using a database system.
