This is an excellent opportunity for the right individuals with or without experience in care and to support an established team providing Health and Social Care in the community to adults of all ages living in their own homes.

At HSS we place a strong emphasis on training and development and your training will include the Care Certificate. This training replaces all other national occupational standards in induction to Care and is something that will stay with you and you can build on with Health and Social Care NVQ - Level 2 and 3

We are looking for carers workers in the following areas: Alvaston, Allenton Chellaston, Shelton Lock, Willington, Repton and Findern areas.

Own transport is essential.

What we're looking for from you:

You’ll support people with all aspects of their day to day living, including social and physical activities, personal care, mobility and meal times

• Be caring and compassionate and enthusiastic about providing the highest level of care
• Excellent understanding of well-being and holistic person centred care
• Helping with personal care such as support with showering and dressing
• Supporting people with social and physical activities
• Supporting people with eating and drinking and helping with medication
• Travelling to different people’s houses on a rota
• Available to work evenings and alternative weekends
• Able to provide two satisfactory reference
• Own transport essential
