The RoleAs the Community Manager at Voice®, you will play a pivotal role in managing the growth, engagement and experience of our global citizen community, contributing to the co-development of projects and innovative products and services that promote and support healthy longevity. You will work closely with the Voice Director and Programme Manager to implement a comprehensive recruitment plan, emphasising inclusion and diversity, to rapidly expand our Voice citizen community. Your responsibilities will encompass building strong partnerships with national and international organisations and networks, delivering presentations at meetings, events and conferences, maintaining an active online presence, and orchestrating engaging events and webinars. You will be proficient in utilising social media to drive community growth, engagement and member experience. You will analyse community data, provide recommendations, and produce regular reports to inform strategic decisions. This role requires a metric-driven approach, with a focus on recruitment to grow the Voice membership and providing the best possible experience for our members.
