We are looking for a self-motivated and organisational individual who has good support skills and enjoys helping others to get things done.
We are currently looking for an organised Place Team Coordinator to provide co-ordination and support for BITC’s Place Programme and Team.
The role will involve:
- Progamme Support, such as meeting administration and logistics, sharing joining instructions & information and supporting the development of briefings and papers.
- Diary management and team coordination, including where appropriate, attending meetings alongside senior managers, providing support in the preparation, follow up, or during the meeting.
- Documentation preparation, proofing and filing, such as preparing and circulating meeting agendas and minutes.
- Data management using Salesforce CRM.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding and knowledge place-based working with an appetite to learn more, as well as experience providing administrative and diary support to a busy team, and of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
The salary level for this role with London weighting is Officer band 6 - £25,8750 per annum. The role is London office based (with hybrid approach) to enable the postholder to attend regular in person meetings in London.
